same team should play next match

sakib-nayeem-razzaq-mahmudullah-------- too hot to handle for WI
good news---- ODI specialist rasel is back in form
If we win 2nd match too, najmul should get chance in the last match, so are mehrab jr, imrul kayes and robin. so we can see what they are capable of against Zimbabwe.

This is a real ODI you are talking about, not a practice match. Nazu (apa) doesn't belong to international cricket. We can't play him just because someone wants to take a look at him. We have been looking at him for more than 5 years now. Unless he bowls with his pants down, there is nothing new to see there.

ashraful wasted too many balls- 57 from 95 balls.and shakib made 54 from only sixty balls.ash was probably being careful because he doesn't want to get kicked out of da team. lol. if ashraful played like mahmudullah we would of made something like 280 as a total .anyway who cares WE WON

If Ashraful was not run out at that point of time he would have made at least 70/80+ even a century was there. He was playing solid and no wonder batsman at his class would have easily charge up his strike rate at the death of the innings.

Ash started his innings before the 2nd ball was bowled. He batted as per match situation. Please do NOT blame him for no reasons.

Put a poll on top, what type of match thread attracts you, simple, moderate or highly graphical?

Name Rank Ratings
K.M.D.N Kulasekara 1 724
K.D. Mills 2 697
M. Muralidaran 3 696
D.L. Vettori 4 694
Shakib Al Hasan 5 687
Sakib only need 11 bowling points to be 2nd in ICC ODI bowling ranking(this ranking didn't included 1st ODI againt WI)

Insallah he will do that in this series...

I watch cricket from time to time and I saw Bangladesh pulled it off in both tests and an ODI, well done! But when i looked at the players of the WI team it looked unfamiliar, theres no Gayle, Sarwan, Bravo, Chanderpaul or any other good players, how come? did they give us a chance or somthing?

Not all our batsmen are performing to their potentials and we are missing our main pacer. All these are not giving enough hope to win this match. Last match, I will say it was close and if three of our batters did not reach 50, we would have been in trouble. The way Tamim, Rakib, Zunaid, Ashraful, Sakib and Riad are departing we are also in "if luck favors and if we play good" mood.

Why couldn't he bat like this in the tests? He has so much natural talent; probably right in Tendulkar's class. However, he does not have the discipline that Sachin has. Tendulkar and Kambli both had supreme talent, but only Tendulkar had the discipline and dedication. Thus, Tendulkar became great, Kambli became good, and Ashraful became "what could have been." What a waste!

Watch out for....

Mohammad Ashraful and Mahmudullah: Ashraful's relatively guarded half-century was a sign of his determination to end a woeful run and should give him ample confidence as he tries to rediscover his dominating game. We know of Mahmudullah's ability as an offspinner but he proved his worth with the bat in the first game, smacking 42. His average of 26.46 isn't bad for a lower-order batsman, and given his talent, it can only improve.
