Will Ash reach 3000 ODI runs during the Zimbabwe series
100 runs short to being the 1st ever bangladeshi batsmen to reach this mark, I'm gonna put Ash on the spot here, since he's our #3 for the time being, no excuses for him not to reach this and be knocking at 3200 aggerate by the end of the series (unless we beat them by 10 wickets 3 out of 5 times)
Knowing Ash, therea a strong possibility of him averaging 14 for the series

I think 80% chance of doing it by the 4th match, and 70% chance of doing by the 3rd. I'll go third!

looking at his batting avg....its likely to score 100 in 4th match. however, as he performed quite well in WI series, its also likely tht he will get Duck atleast in 1 match. So my vote goes for 5th match.

Before you guys go fancy about predicting Ash's score in the upcoming series, have look at Ash's stat against Zim:
Match palyed: 29
Innings: 25
NO: 2
Runs: 435
HS: 51* (This came against Heath Streak and Co)
Avg: 18.91
SR: 65.11
DNB: 4
 -09: 10 (includes one NO)
10-19: 7
20-29: 2
30-39: 3
40-49: 2
50+: 1 (not out)
So mathematically speaking, Ash probaly will score 5 x 18.91 = 95 runs, 4 shy of reaching 3k mark

Inshallah, I hope Ash reaches it by the end of the tour. I also hope that he realizes that he has to score 100 runs in total, it may have slipped his mind.

What does it matter if he gets to 3000 runs? It's taken him nearly 150 ODIs to get there! He should be approaching 5000 runs at this point. Consider MS Dhoni...139 ODIs and he's got over 4500 runs (with an average exceeding 50).
