Thanks for the pic..Shakib, the Ice Man, is a born athlet. I hope and pray, he will flourish with the proper support from his coaches and colleagues - not like the run out caused by the goofiness of beshi Hashi Khushi Mushi. Unfortunately, Shakib, most probabley, missed his double century.

Kudos to his father.

I must say if sahasan is the real mccoy i am saddened...wouldn't expect it from shakib himself...

It was good reading the thread. Especially so because what I said there has come true. #4 has become his best spot, and he has definitely eliminated the propensity to go fishing to become a much better Test bat. I think Sohel deserves credit for pointing out that Shak had the X-factor. He is the first "pro" we have had.

We don't have much things to dominate in the world , one of our boys become number one , do you not thing its a big achievement.If you praise for the others surly when you do something great people will appreciate your work.

Shakib's all-rounder ranking in Test and ODI is exactly same! (#1)
His bowling ranking in Test and ODI is also exactly same (# 7)
His batting average in Test and ODI is almost same:34.68 and 34.67

It's a mixed feeling. Love Shak, but don't like seeing a talent's dismal performance as well. Can't celebrate someone's misfortune. But it is good for Shakib. Dearth of tests - so what to do? It is a moral dilemma I am having.

I am editing this post - Now Vettori is 2nd in Test after Shakib. Kallis is 5th! So I am happy for Shakib. Broad is 3rd, 28 points behind. Big series coming up for Broad. 4th is Mr. Watson.
