have u seen how Sakib improved his batting in Test matches, before he used to get odd fifties but against WI & Pak he has been super consistent,
who knows once he starts to get some runs in T20s he might aswell start scoring consistently.

Shakib will surely be in tomorrows match . KKR failed in batting , and the only batsman in the overseas lineup who can strenghten their batting is Mcculum . And if they decide to improve their batting lineup by adding him , Tendo will the man to get the axe , not Shakib.
So, no worries for tomorrow and in the near future as long as Shak continues to deliver with the ball.

and about the ASIA CUP, it was not a T20 Tournment, I myself admire his battling in ODI.

Let's also not forget as stated by waqar younus (Dhaka is a cement Pitch)
After your elaborate explanation on Battling...I'm curious to know how do you make an average of Battling??

Is it like bowling battling and batting battling ... and then what about the Harbhajan - Sreeshant battling as in your exhibit One? What's the average there for Shakib??

If the pitch is going to help seamers then why would they get rid off Tendo? He is a pace bowler. If they were intelligent enough they would get rid off Shakib in place of Lee. I obviously want Shakib to play but this is common sense

There are many more examples but I rest my case-Ash I mean Harbhajan is a better Battler in all forms of "Battling" (Ash here may or not be in reference to ashraful Ash or maybe not)
Everything makes sense with POKEMON

Anyways he needs to sort out his batting.

A bit of song and dance, and much cake - Tendo IPL Diaries

Excerpts from the article

Quote:
Sport is not the be all and end all of life, but as far as cricket goes tonight’s defeat feels like being hit by a bus. We threw away an excellent chance to get a win at home against Kings XI. Even more frustrating for me was that I was in at the end and could not get us over the line. There were some stern words in the changing room afterwards since we felt as though we hadn't been smart at various stages, which ended up costing us the match.
Quote:
There is a heightened security status for our stay in Chandigarh and a trip to the nearby Nandos turns into a mini military operation. I have a good catch-up with Shakib and Binga [Brett Lee] over some chicken and a few drinks. Shakib has a great outlook on cricket and he is the perfect guy to have a laugh with today.

Not to get all caught up in all kinda rumors, but did you guys see Shak "captain" for an over in the last game? I think GG went out to pee or was in the boundary, and he helped out.

It was AWESOME.

Yeah I saw that. I thought I was imagining things, that was awesome-and shakib is also handling the ress conferences now-change in the air?
Hope Warnie's around to spike Gambhir's drinks with enough diuretics to keep him urinating for the whole match

You mean like for KKR? Or for his own press?

I would say if Gambhir does get dropped then it would either be Kallis. Slim chance for Shakib in my opinion. KKR are never gonna drop Kallis from the side no matter how bad he is performing so i think he would captain KKR.

that's right.but it seemed 2 me that kkr haven't that much faith in tendo's bowling given that they haven't used him regularly with d ball.moreover in last match when 13 needed off d 12 balls,he found it hard 2 rotate d strike.shakib's mom d other day may also speak 4 shakib,s retention.

As I said before, if there is anyoneto be dropped or rested it should be Tendo,he failed with the bat,he is not used as a bowler, where as Sakib is KKR's one of the best bowling option, although his batting looks aweful but not to forget, he was the MoM of the match before last one.

I meant that at the post match press conference shakib seems to be taking a lot of the questions and is dealing with the media quite a lot in recent times. He is quite popular with the indian media at the moment whereas gambhir is not

Lol I wrote "ress conference " before-doesn't mean much
