Shakib staying till the end to see KKR over the line - couldn't have asked for anything more! Great innings by Bisla and Kallis showed his class today.

Although I'm pissed at Gauti for not utilizing Shak properly. That big over of him was mostly top edges etc. - lucky ones. He bowled well without much luck (last over was brilliant, except for the **** fielding)

Shakibs bowling did the trick here... Of course Bisla was beyond amazing but if it wasnt for Shakib, KKr would have conceded at least another 10-15 runs, taking the match away from them. Not to mention that amazing catch and textbook scoop.

The only team to play a Bangladeshi player, won the title.... simple as that

I am totally regreting not watching I feel asleep & didn't wake up for the game :'( its now 4:42 am and I feel like ripping my hair out! I'll be hunting for highlights in the morning. I'm still half asleep, I'm gonna go back to sleep and hope I'm not having a dream about kkr winning & me posting about it on bc! That would be weird!

the most interesting thing was at the end the two sreshtho bangali Sakib and Tehari were in the middle to take KKR home, what a finish...best IPL final eva..overall IPLs best season eva too.

I think Shakib saved at least 30 runs. If he hadn't caught Vijay, CSK would have gotten at least 20+ runs like the last match against Delhi. And the last over definitely saved ~10 runs.

Really happy for Shakib. He did the little things to win the game for KKR today. Not only that, but he played well during the season. This was a good experience for him and I'm sure he learned plenty from it. Hopefully this paves the way for some of our other players to play in the IPL.
