As far as I know Jehan Mubarak captained the A side on many ocassions and probably the u19 side when he played, not so sure about the latter though.

Money was too low for Shakib-standard to join slpl anyway. I wouldn't unhappy to see the news to miss him slpl there for any other cause / excuses.
Sorry for Uthura, now they have to look for another VC. Besides his clt20 appearance is allready assured with KKR; and its understandable to give preference IPL over others.

Nope, they are in different team

But regardless of that Uthura rudras looks the weakest team on paper in full strength. Nothing much shakib couldve done to get to them to the top. However, no-one expected DR to do so well even with such a crap team.
