Shakib can blame conditions, foods, injury for his poor performance??? excuse me brother, do you really follow BD cricket regulerly? Or,you're a seasonal cricket follower cum critic?
Have you any evidence against shakib about this matter? Describe and enlighten us, please!

I fear that if shakib does not perform in upcoming t20 world cup, he will just use the injury as backup.
and what will happen to all our players when they have coconut oil?
First - Shakib does not play the excuse game.
Second - If you are referring to Tamim's comments in SLPL, he never gave it as an excuse. And additionally, he did not say anything about coconut oil. It's the coconut milk used in Lankan cuisine (just like on Thai cuisine - as in Tom Ka Gai) that he said he was not used to. There is a very different difference between using the oil vs the milk.
Let's not make things up just to bolster our own biases.

I pray he won't aggravate the injury before surgery. He should get that out of the way as soon as he feels it's time.

Shakib talking about the T20 WC. The link below doesn't take you to the video right away. Click on the link, and go down a little and you will see a thumbnail to Shakib's video.
The only way we can manage a real good showing in t20 wc (near semi final) is if Shak performs at his absolute best, if he is not at the top of his game we got no chance.
^ Nope not true. Shakib alone can't get us there. Shakib has to perform off course, but Ash, Tamim, Mushy, Mash and everyone else has to do their fair share of work. It's very much possible that we can win even if Shakib doesn't perform with the bat/ball. I hope the players won't go into the game looking at Shakib to perform like we fans are. They all have to BELIEVE in themselves, the key word is believe.

KKR has just announced their 15 men squad for CLT20. Shakib is included 15 men squad of KKR for CLT20 !
Quote:
Our 15-man squad for the Champions League T20 in South Africa has been announced. The Knights will begin their campaign against the Delhi Daredevils on the 13th of October at Centurion.
KKR have been placed in Group A for the CLT20, a group that also includes Delhi Daredevils, Nashua Titans, Perth Scorchers and one qualifier to be picked from the qualifying stages which will be held from Oct 9th-12th. Gautam Gambhir will lead the Knights in the tournament and will look to inspire his men to their first Champions League title after a successful IPL campaign.
Squad:
1) Gautam Gambhir(C)
2) Jacques Kallis
3) Brett Lee
4) Brendon McCullum
5) Sunil Narine 6) Shakib Al Hasan
7) Iqbal Abdullah
8) Laksmipathy Balaji
9) Rajat Bhatia
10) Manvinder Bisla
11) Manoj Tiwary
12) Yusuf Pathan
13) LR Shukla
14) Shami Ahmed
15) Ryan ten Doeschate
Shakib Al Hasan and Tamim Iqbal have long been mainstays of Bangladesh's batting, but Tamim has usually been in charge of providing the momentum at the top with Shakib finishing things from No. 5.
In the T20s, though, with Shakib having been bumped up to No. 3, the pair will be in charge of providing a good start. While the move potentially gives two of Bangladesh's best batsmen more time in the middle, the team will have plenty to worry about if they are both dismissed early. That, though, has happened only once in seven matches in the last three months - against Ireland.
Shakib has so far batted at his new position in six T20Is and once during the unofficial matches in Port-of-Spain, and said on Friday that he's comfortable in the new role. "If I bat in the top order, I will get more chances to score runs and more chances to face balls. I am looking forward to batting at No. 3," he said in Colombo.

if shakib enjoys being at #3 and does well there it will be great for BD, but that also means anamul will have to set himself as an opener as there will be no place for him at 1 down.

i think shakib is staying at no 3 for t20 only, for odi he'll go back to number 5 his fev position, he is the ideal number 5 for odis, comes in them\ middle overs takes singles and have a blast at the end, anamul can easily fit in the number 3 spot, T20 is not for anamul, not yet

Yeah agree t20 isn't for anamul yet, spot 4 is best for shakib, though I'm sure at 3 he'd also do well and it would secure the top order a bit more but then the middle order gets weaker.
