Congrats to the newly wed. May they have life full of joy.

I just read a few other comments. To the best of my knowledge, BC has a good number of well educated, well traveled, and knowledgeable individuals. And it's a shame that there's so many useless, unnecessary comments that lack material and only show that education doesn't necessary civilize someone. Shame, real shame.

Coming from someone who made his lol-fortune out of flatulence noises....haire kopal. ^^

Btw, not picking a fight with you in case you get all sensitive. However surprisingly I agree with you although a dig may have been in my way.

My only two comments on his wedding (which is a private matter) are:
1) Congrats dude. For many, finding the right partner really gives their lives additional impetus.
2) Shave goddammit! You aren't going clubbing ...

I agree. Sakib's wedding is his personal matter and some of the comments are just ridiculous and derogatory.

Bou hoilo Shakib er ar matha betha shob amader. Let Shakib worry about his wife, and let us worry about Shakib's performance.

Thank you every one those who comment about shakib wedding .Good or bad . I thought u have every right to say your view . And i believe you guys really loves him thats why everybody said their feelings . As a close relative of Sakib I appreciate your concern .We know that Sakib did not invite his all team mates but you guys may not know that this is arrange by girls family then why u blame sakib . This was totally family program. You can ask me why Tamim is their ? Tamim and Sakib have family relation. They lived in same building and tamim mother and sakib mother always have a good relation . I think tamim went their not as a friend , but as a family member . And for your information both Sakib and Shishir loves each other ,so how many words , picture you posting that does not matter to them . And i know that when Sakib returns to the field he will perform better .

Thank you for your clarification. Just wondering, where are they going to settle? Any ideas? Is their permanent residence going to be the one Shakib bought in Mirpur DOHS a year ago? (If so, they are going to be my neighbours )

That was a good post sahasan but could you please give us some kind of proof that you are really a close relative of Shakib? Would really appreciate that.

On his first season 2010 Shakib played CB40 and county match. He picked up 30 or 40 wickets but did not score enough runs. His stand out performance was against Surrey in New Road when his bowling caused a collapse that led to Worcestershire beating strong Surrey line up. Shakib's scalp included Ramprakash. It was one of those straight one that rattles the sumps make the fans go crazy.

But his best was against Middlesex @ Lords on day of Eid ul Adha. After performing eid Salath @ regents park mosque Shakib was on fire. He took 7 fer on second innings.

On his second season 2011 Shakib joined as T-20 player but played couple of county match. Though he bowled well in 2 of the county matches his performance in T-20 was not that special.

People who questioned 'why Shakib didnt invite the whole BD team (or at least the senior players' have to be a bit thoughtful in their posts. Its not all upto Shakib who he should or should not invite. Its a family decision. And if 25 people were at the wedding and your expecting the whole team to be there then that would be at least another 11 people there. Those 25 people are meant to be close with the family.

I think whoever brought it up was being thoughtless. Just because he didnt invite the BD team to his wedding doesnt mean he has no integrity... stupid to even bring this up

They think just because you play in the same team you have to be friends with everyone in the squad (15/ 20 people)... Shakib is not some politician who will invite all team mates/ selectors just to be politically correct. That's why he only invited his best friend (Tamim). BD media is always looking for faults in others.
