Okay, now you must be kidding. Ash's problem was never the conversion, his problem was him being extremely inconsistent. So I don't know how you'd even think of comparing Shak with Ash.

my post was toward what BG said..Ash fails, shows he is disappointed and never learns...shakib gets out after 50 and shows that he is disappointed but again fails to convert his 50 into 100..thats why i said that reference

I didn't see Ash walk away in frustration like Shakib. He just lowers his head and walks off. Shak does more of the "pissed off at himself" walk - especially when he plays for his country.

Ash shows disappointment not frustration after his brain farts..he might be a fool but he really wants to do good...after he fails he shows disappointment and then just in the next match he fails again...Shakib more or like does the same thing...he shows frustration..2 people are not like each other in expressing their emotion but more or less it produces the same result..so my point was i want shakib to improve on this

Shakib expresses his frustration more explicitly, ie he swears at himself and looks angry. Ash just looks disappointed. Not that it matters really.
And you can't compare Ash being out for single figures with Shak's inability to ton up? One is a failure, other is falling short of a landmark. Big difference. If Shak was content with himself, he wouldn't have reached where he is today - compare that with Ash, who was a run machine at one stage and turned out to be a laughing stock.

Ash was a run machine? LOL. When did that happen? Posted via BC Mobile Edition (Opera Mobile)
What a horrible way and time to get out. No excuses at all. Being upset with yourself after the fact doesn't change anything.
Everyone knew what the deal was...just before lunch, need to make sure to not undo all the good work, and he does exactly that.
As our best player, ex-captain and one of the most experienced players, it is unforgivable. Dismissals like that are the difference between surviving and losing test matches
Mushfiq and sakib do tough work in the field all the day. one keeps and another bowls lots of overs. After that they dont get enough time to get rest as they come in the wicket after a collapse . Despite that i feel they are doing well. Players like kayes, nafees and rok are wastes as they dont do anything . The responsibility for playing long innings is upon the genuine batsmen. But unfortunately we have some impotent batsmen in the top order

Some People Complaining about the way Shak got out, but at least he gave us hope and played brilliantly under pressure. On the other hand batsman like Kayes, mofees, rok was total hopeless..

Mate we expect more from him, the other 3 you mentioned aren't fit to tie his laces, so why bother?
The disappointment and criticism is not with his performance, impossible to do that, not after he got 5 in an innings, and could have had more if not for dropped catches, and then scored 130+ in the test match.
But that doesn't take away from the fact, we'd like for the bowlers to earn his wicket, he essentially threw his wicket away, it wasn't fatigue, it was impatience that led to his downfall.
I don't think it has anything to do with fatigue, just the way he bats. He's not that good on defense and occupying the crease. If the top order is good and scoring runs, Shakib is a dream middle/lower middle order allrounder for any team. His performance despite all those pressure on him to deliver is itself outstanding.
