The last time we started compared Tamim with Ash, he then hit 4 straight 50s in the Asia Cup. I have confidence Tamim will be back. He's a Sehwag/Gayle type player who misses but once he hits, he makes teams pay. I know he's not Gayle/Sehwag but his style is.

ODI average: Tamim- 30 Ashraful- 22
Test Average: Tamim- 38 Ashraful- 24

So, no comparisons really.

He scored those 50s because he was dropped by Lota and Akku Kha had to fight hard to get him back in the team. So Tummym wanted to show his worth. He won't have that urgency in every series.

Exactly. Thats why he needs a dropping to bring some sort of hunger out of him. Aint gona happen with KFC uncle around though.
