Great, after today's game I doubt Tamim will get a chance. Hey will most likely bench warm for the whole season.

Nvm. Found it in the other thread. He seemed to be in good spirits. Nice of him to back Mushy and Nasir. Maybe should've mentioned Mashrafe as well. Will probably have to wait a bit longer for his chance after today.

Ryder played his best t20 innings batted whole 20 overs first time and Samuels bowled very as well at depth overs. I cant see option for Tamim to be in action yet as Pune playing very well leading the point table. Only option left if Ganguly decides to play with 5 bowlers cutting A Mathews out replace by a batsman.

forget it guys.
No hope for Tamim the way Ryder played today & Samuels doing as an AR.
it's not that much of a big deal anyway to be honest.

The reality: Tamim Iqbal replaced a "benchwarmer" a replacement for a benchwarmer is also likely to be a benchwarmer? no??
On another note, Tamim and his fans need not be disappointed at all...Alhamdulillah! IPL is far from over and there are plenty of time left he is bound to get at least one game(maybe towards the end of season)

The wait continues, this sucks. Tamim must be getting really frustrated but there's nothing you can do. Just wait for your chance and show them what they were missing out on

once Pune confirms their place to the semi (?) that's when they will give TI a chance.
otherwise as long as they will have to win they won't send TI,

Yeah, looks like it. Plus Uthappa and Ryder are doing fine and Dada will play all games even if he makes a string of zeroes, so no place for Taimma in the top order.

Tamim doesn't deserve a chance. He is lucky to get a team in first place. He should be happy and enjoy the paid vacation. Malaysia te gele to ja kamaise shob e jaito.
He sucks in this format. Even in the BPL he failed in the games he played. He is too slow. He got runs in Asia cup but i think his SR was about 70-80.

He doesn't deserve to be in the IPL? Really? With so many second rate foreign players in the IPL, a player of Tamim's caliber doesn't deserve to be there?
Also his SR was an 80 in the Asia Cup. That's slow? For ODI's, that's a good SR. I know his stats are not good in T20's but it's still early days for him in this format of the game. I'm sure he'll come good as the days goes along.

Im tired of seeing all these nobody foreign players from 'higher ranked' countries getting so many chances while our good players are warming the bench.
Lets all pretend Tamim doesnt exist in IPL,i dont think they will pick him this season, if he does get a game and doesnt score a fifty then thats the end of his IPL career like Mashrafe and Razzak
