What is more disappointing than Tamims performance is the reaction of mature fans.

Tamim gets out whenever he is nervous... He looked so nervous when NZ finished at 191.. His body language told me he gave up even before our innings started..
That's the reason he can so easily become the bunny of many Ordinary bowlers !!!

Only if he could play a t20 like an ODI, i bet he would still end up with minimum 100 avg which is decent for our standard. I remember how he had hit swann all over the place in a test match. He just needs to play his game without feeling the rush or pressure.

If an opener can't take the scoreboard pressure... He isn't one of the best... He isn't even a useful player... Nobody tells him to score all the runs alone... This score board pressure is a lame excuse IMO.
He just needs to play his game and do what he is able to do in every occasion ... As a pro he knows it more than you and me... Actually what matters is the quality... SB pressure etc are excuses when. You aren't good enough to do the job...

What a terrible way to get out today. If you are going to go for that shot you better make sure you clear the inner circle, the fielder was literally right in front of his face.

i strongly disagree. When Coventry scored 194*, Tamim retaliated and won BD the match. Many instances when the opposition have made a big total he gets us of to a good quick start. Its just he didnt execute this match.
Everyone overeacting as usual. Since he played terrible in one match they judge him.

TI made 24 from 12 & his friend made 84, IMO this was his match to score fifty after failure against NZ. The way match was progressing in first half we were looking for touch certain 200+/- But we were lacking a (high SR) Imran Nazir like innings here.
Tamim really need to loose some fat, to be active in quick called/backaway singles. This runout was soooooo patheticly unnecessary. His lazyness is creating concern for partnering batsmen in oposite end.

Dude, give him a break. Yea, I agree that it was a Poor call for a run. But it happens. But what's even worse was he got real unfortunate while trying to headback. He slept in the mid-way.
Our boys need a new pair of shoes It seems. Even Riyad got out mainly he slept & lost balance.

What are you talking about? His run out was totally unfortunate. It's very easy to slip when someone suddenly stops in the middle of a sprint and tries to go back the other way. It was a tight call, but shakib responded initially and then sent him back. I won't blame any of the two guys for yesterday's dismissal, it was just unfortunate. These things happen in sports.
