We might have to go back to the old guards....every BD player will take similar time to adjust to this level...nobody is a genius....why to waste experience? May be little polishing of the old guys can make them shine faster, than going through the same process with the new guys...
Well, since we already started the experiment, why not give them a little more time...how vicious the cycle can be...?? It's all due to a incapable and inefficient management and development process we have. No point really blaming all players....
May be following this team for one last time in this series....

all bd players are like hit or miss. TI is not out of it. he is a good player no doubt, but sometime it shows he is over confident or arrogant.

got a good delivery... I get mad at him when he tries those risky shots to get out but in this case he was trying to defend

All series he's been either throwing his wicket away by being too cautious or too aggressive. Even though he talks a lot about "natural game," he seems to be confused himself about how to pace his innings. Well it's time for him to step it up in the decider. Just 2 50's in 8 innings isn't good enough for the supposed 2nd best batsman in this team.

Its shocking how a batsman of his caliber struggles with the straight ball, does he tell the bowlers at the nets to bowl wide to him all the time so he can smash them?

there are bad teachers, there are good teachers, there are bad schools there are good schools... but we do not blame the teachers for failing.. and teachers and schools surely doesnt get a % of students success..
so a question, how long do u plan on blaming the management?
btw shakib is doing moderately well ...do we credit the management for his success so far? or do we talk about his application, dedication, hard work .. etc etc

Those two deliveries were not straight balls. There was a lot of movement. If the ball had held its line tamim wud have clipped it for four. It pitched leg and hit off stump.

Though true but that does not make him any less gadha. He is a top order batsman already witnessed the conditions yesterday. He should have expected seam movement early on. No point in playing across the line there after seeing what happend yesterday.
I am so dissapointed in tamim. After playing 118 matches, he averages only 29, way less than what he can achieve. And people would agree who has seen him racing through 50s in no time when he gets going.

The two were different. The first one was a sexy gap between bat and pad, and tonight's was a gorgeous across the line shot. He is versatile.

Have to say, Tamim's outs are beautiful. He must be really proud.

Tamim is basically another version of Ashraful but this time averages 10 runs higher than him. I don't care how talented he is, he needs to be like Jesse Ryder for a while and take a break from International Cricket and sort his mind out. He will be going to New Zealand soon which will be of a great experience for him and wish him well there and hope he comes back strong not only physically which he needs by the way but mentally.

A series I'm sure he'll want to forget. According to his own performances of course. It can happen though, especially with the aggressive openers as we saw with Gayle, who is even worse. Work hard and try to bounce back Tamim. We need you to fire in Sri Lanka.

Guy is luck the middle and lower bailed our *** out of this mess. The entire nation's fingers would have pointed at him if we lost after coming so close.
