@ Dilscoop Kallis is not taking wickets regularly like Shakib. May be he is not needed that much when it comes to bowling for Saffers.

True, as you say, with DS, MM and now the new kid, Kallis hardly gets the chance to bowl 30 overs. I'm sure if was used like Shak, he would be taking wickets. And Kallis is defiantly better with the bat, his cover drives turn me on in a weird way. His technique is phenomenal but underrated.

oh and Kallis at this age is still faster than all of our SRKs put together. And his "heavy ball" is very scary!

Wow, I must say it's a feat that just does not sit well with the caliber of the rest of our team. Shakib has been fortunate enough to play within conditions suitable for his style but then again, unlike other players from other teams, he does not have the luxury to play against teams that are weaker and to have the freedom of relying on others within. His performances always come under pressure which may well be an attributing factor to his success. Bravo Shakib......

What Shakib being the best (FACT) has anything to do with other sucky players in the team? If anything, that makes it harder for him to perform, because he is consistently under pressure. And not to mention how they run him out, or drop his catches. With all 3 formats combined, I can estimate that he is missing about 20-30 wickets from his tally because of our world class keeper and fielders.

Shakib is a freaking legend.

Kallis is legendary too but his best days are gone. Watson just started his career and he is not a wicket taking bowler. Tell me the last time he was the leading wicket taker in any match for Aus. Okay, wait tell me when was the last time any player won back to back man of the series from a losing side? There you go. Shakib is the best all rounder in international cricket now. Period.
