Anybody else starting to find kdpp annoying as hell? Its ruining the board. It was cute at first, but ever since a certain group of people have found out what it means, they use it ALL THE TIME. These are the same kind of people that yell "THIS IS BORING" in the middle of a comedy act. If its so boring, why click on the thread and waste your time? Just move on. Don't go out of your way to be rude. Its obvious that most of the aforementioned cyber-hecklers spend over 10 hours a day on BC anyway. Its not like they have anything better to do over those couple of minutes that would drastically change their lives.

The first 50 times I read it in a post, I thought it would all blow over. But its gotten to a point where its degenerating the environment in BC. Overt negativity can kill any board...

I have to agree with Farhad - especially the way it is being used now. If you don't have anything useufl to say, just just the %$&& up.

I may just feel ornery enough to push through a moratorium on the use of this word henceforth.

Yes. Even I have been guilt as charged in the past. One tends to get carried away and forget that what may seem funny to you may actually be hurtful.

Another thing i would like to point out is that people seem have a problem with new threads. Often if a thread is not particularly interesting than you are bound see comments like " did we really need a new thread for that" or "kdpp" or various other ways to put down the thread opener. Its like they are taking up precious space by opening these threads. I seriously think people need to stop clicking on the thread or just leave the thread if they don't find it interesting or useful.BC has plenty of threads for you that you will find interesting.

Also do we really need someone to point out this thread doesn't belong in this section every time? Isn't there a cleanup thread just for the same purpose?
