India will triumph, with its batting line up in favourable conditions, unless they have a collapse, because we all know India are one of the worst bowling amongst the test teams.

Wow, I can never understand why a team like Sri Lanka is rated so low. Sri Lanka needs more cricket these days. It seems like the only people they play are Pakistan. In the past year they have had two series against them already.

What?? If this was true, Batting alone cannot help a team succeed. They have Zaheer Khan, Ishant SHarma, and Harbahjan. Even their second class bowlers like Yuvraj Singh intimates the Bangladeshi batsmens.

This match reminds me of the BD vs Pak where Sakib got a 100,
good 100 by Samaraweera.

What a start by SL. NZ 20/3 in 13 overs. With only two maidens. Althought 217 is not that big of a total but the Malinga's 30 yorkers gets the attention.

Malinga's a beast. Three wickets in a single over and Sri Lanka look set to reach the finish line in style.

Since it is a Tri-series, runrate matters alot. They need to finish up things and not linger.

If they can get one of these two out soon enough, they'll pretty much expose the tail. Otherwise, Vettori can be a hell of a koi maach - the Bangladesh team would know.

Shujji mama has struck, with the most important wicket of Doyal Bhottacharjjo. Joy Shurjo!

Weird match this. Between both teams only one bat in middle order spoke, and that apparently will make the difference. Didn't watch the match but the bowlers on both sides have phenomenal figures.

One partnership. From 5/69 to 6/196 in 22.3 overs. Mathew had 51.
Advantage SL in bowling friendly wickets even against Ind.

NZ needs to play cricket outside NZ more often !!
I dont remember when was the last time they toured India,WI,Pak or SL(before this) .[cant remember SA or England either ..but they must have]
They seem to be contend playing with the Aussies ! Its a shame as they looked like having quiet a bit of talent , atleast in their batting department.

Yorks himself, lol. Gadha Sanath adjusted the length.

8 wkts gone. Why Sanga is not going for the kill? Bring in the quicks. Tushara 6 overs 5 runs. It shows how accurate he is. He deserves a second spell. and pick up the tail wickets.
