Absolutely great catches. He is probably the best slip fielder in the current team.

Can his catches keep him in the team as a batsman?

That might be possible. Especially in Test cricket. He is a good fielder I have to admit.

No. We need to start looking at other options unless he pulls up his socks real soon.

True, but I'll say that only for his keeping. As for his batting, he's been doing pretty well for a lower-middle order bat and in Bangladeshi standards, averaging above 30 I think in the last twelve months or so. Can't find the recent post with the filtered stats anymore.

agreed. Mushy should be out of the T20 team. In ODI use him as a batsman and he can fight for his spot as such (and he is leading against contenders in this area now). For Tests I am willing to give him the trial in the IND/NZ/ENG series' for his keeping. Batting wise he belongs there.

If golden arm, double drop wickets can keep certain individual at #3, why not?

Is it possible to train him into a wicketkeeper and have mushy as a specialist batsmen. Zunaed also has the height to be a pretty handy one.

In that case I would also agree. If he can keep as good as Mushy (Which is not the best anyways so I wouldn't be too surprised) then he should replace Mushy as the keeper and that way Mushy can concentrate on his batting while this bloke with an average of 18 can keep. No batting spots wasted.
