These two (Shak and TIK) are themselves to blame...professionalism, hard work and result really matters to survive...if you don't perform, you gota go. I mentioned earlier they are thinking they are fully committed but was there any scope for improvement. Could be, we will never know how much they put efforts to rectify their mistakes and gain the form back

Agree but what he did recently and what he did to improve more...in a time where competition and exceling more is key requirements to survive...there are room for improvements...he did great for BD...no doubt about it..acknowledge his great contribution but did he do enough to retain his past achievements?
