We need a Spin Bowling Coach too
Saqlain, Bedi or Rafique please
If your going to rely on Naeem, Riad or Ash to bowl 20-30 overs than they can't be Zero sum players, meaning Runs Scored - Runs Given up = 0 or -#.
The Potential is there, particularly with Naeem, I think he can be Shakib like but we a Need a Spin bowling Coach.
Ash has shown he can turn it big when he want to bowl his legbreaks, he's stopped bowling those for some reason.
Kapali has the most potential out off all the Bowlers
Just need someone to harness all of that ... and if we have a player like Shuvo in the pipeline. Let him get the Best Coaching possible
Spend Some Money Damn it!

We had a spin bowling coach who was doing a fine job - Salahuddin. Unfortunately, BCB morons decided to fire him.

to be honest we need an academy or some sorts of center for excellence where we will have training facilities for all sorts of things - batting, spin bowling, pace bowling, wicket keeping....

Salahuddin has a big role in the transformation of Shakib and development of our spinners. BCB did not take his spin bowling coach role into account before firing him. They are simply obsessed with foreign fielding coach.

How are we gonna train our spinners to bowl bars of soap?

bump
Tell Salahuddin to Work with Enam, Kapali, Ash, Riyad, and Naeem and whoever else has some bowling potential.
You need bowlers who can turn the ball, to work in Tandem with Shakib, especially in Test Cricket.
And Fire this Champa guy and Hire Allan Donald or Shaun Pollock!
Pollock can take Siddons Job too

Champak's stock is simply nose diving. That said...what is his role ?
We simply cannot let our half baked chagols free into the hands of unproven coaches (to be disputed). They will become fully baked chagols.

but coaching will do no good if the captain asks to bowl in a flat track in the first morning, when those spinners should have been sitting in the dressing room and watch there batsmen piling up runs

coach's wont help when u take a one day specialist with a test average of 80 who is going at 5 an over and couldn't bowl a maiden to save his life.

How much extra money needed for preparing a spin friendly pitch? BCB is trying to take the test matches into 5th day by making flat track. Then they will say look we are improving, no more 3 days match nowadays.

^^^ Good to know some good news. But the question would be remain whether these coaches would be able to do according to their plans. Will this un professional personals of the board will be able to handle these professionals?

BCB should look for a Spin Bowling coach from Sub-continent only. As a pace bowling coach Champak wasnt a good choice...a coach from Westindies is needed for pace bowling coz Australian/South African coaches will not be 100% efficient in our sub-continental condition...whereas now-a-days Westindies pitch conditions have some similarities with us(thats d main reason for our success in 07 WC & 09 tour)

I'd be stoked to have either Saqlain or Mushtaq... or as someone mentioned we should go for part time clinics with various bowlers. And if we could arrange a week long course with Warne that'd be really great.
