They are not, all those sites are illegal. They just use the original feed and re-steam it for a fee. Had a terrible experience with them for the world cup, midway the site was closed down for copyright infringement and I obviously didn't get my money back. Only Willow and ESPN 360 are authorized internet broadcasters. Use these shady sites at your own peril.
