The guy in the picture is a Jamayat activist who was picketing when the cops retaliated back.
He ran inside a bank nearby but the cops managed to get him out there and gave him some good dola.
The Jamayat activists on last Monday ran havoc on the streets of Kakrail/Paltan area and damaged properties, cars worth close to Tk 100 Crore.

Govt can create awareness and later enforce, but will mean very little if the people are not willing to adopt.
