Why go to Canada when you can stay home.

I would suggest Public Transit. Taking your car downtown is not a good idea. You won't find parking, if luckily you do it'll cost you more than the entry to the Tower itself (ok exaggerated a bit).

Congratulations to President Hollande. Btw I think this video was a masterstroke from the Hollande campaign. After the first round of voting, when Sarkozy began pandering to the National Front voters, Hollande just drops this video as if to say we won't stand for your bigotry. A united France for all.

Thank you dear Equinox bhaiya for the most wonderful video and song. I really enjoyed it.

A very great day for France! Congratas Muchos Simon, Deshimon, Abu2Abu bhai and I know I am forgetting two other brothers here in BC from France! Very very happy and proud of the French people today!

My dearest Simon bro, a lot of times out of emotion I said a lot of wrong things, bad things about France in the last year or so, I take it all back today, France is a great nation, a great place and the french people are probably the richest, most energised, most exploretory and devoid of restriction in openning their mind to great art, architecture, music and writing, plays etc, they truly showed the world over time, through history although often through colonialism, which is of course unacceptable, but they mingled with the people, the people the ruled, not segregrated themselves unlike other colonilists like the British and the french always lived and still do for the finer things of life, beyond the bare need for everyday meat and potatoe that we see in some other places in the world(!). I truly value and respect that.

I am so glad the french people rejected that scum on earth , that dispeakable (spell) lowlife Nazi Sarkozy yesterday! Brava to President Hollande! Congratas France! I also will never forget the french militery help, active involvment in our war (Bengal/Nabab) against the British in the 1700s (no matter whatever the French intention was I look at them as they fought for our people.). I also do not forget that they (the French military) fought for the United States against the same British in the 1700s, interestingly close to within decades I belive of our battle of Plasi when Bengal fell to the British. And again, there is no point taliing about the french intention, we all know that. Point is they fought for the U.S. during American revolutionary war, they supported, helped the U.S and actively took part in combat to defend the U.S. Thou Simon, mind you here, France showed up again in the U.S. during a very hard American war, this time in the 1860s during the American civil war. but I don't know all the details but thios time France took on the wrong side and supported the south, the losing Confederate States of America, France I think supported by funding, with weapons, money etc. they didn't physically fight in the war I think. Nonetheless the french and the U.S. always been very respectful and admirable of each other. The Statue of Liberty in our New York City Harbour is a gift of France to the people of the U.S.

U.S. then helped France during the second world war as we all know my dear Simon bro, I am really sorry, I said a lot of bad things regarding the second world at somewhere before, an old thread , during the days of Zarkosy's ban on Hijab/Nikab in France. But the interesting story of France and the U.S. contibues Simon, then in the 1960s when france is having hard time in the Indo-Chine (now the Viet-Nam) and French troops were not able to tame down the communist uprising from the north of indo-chine/viet-nam, and a lot of french casualtys were happenning, and during a political instability in France and during an election or pre-election I think France started to withdraw it's soldiers and the U.S. were already helping France and the loyal southern Indo-Chine local troops in there, there was a build-up of U.S. in there already from the near-by Philipines I think and then the U.S stuck it's sinful nose in viet-nam full force and the rest is history, U.S. was stuck in there for years that span over 2 dacades killing destroying the Viet-namies and the American youths (2 generations of poor Americans were drafted into this war)!

Oi Simon bhai, these are just random thoughts now..a lot of bad spelling and not being able to explain myself very well with the language, mind that now.
