What is the cheapest calling options to Bangladesh (cellular) ?

I am using Localphone now and it costs 3.8 cents/minute. Any other cheaper options available?

A random question which has been on my mind for a bit...umm
when I log into BC, sometimes at the bottom I'll see all the sub forums, for example forget cricket, support, get together and announcement. Other times I'll only just see the FC section and support section towards the bottom. At first I thought it was just my laptop, then I checked my other laptops and its the same. Its nothing concerning or anything. I was just wondering why some of the sub forums tend to disappear?

As par my understanding, some of those sub forums are exclusively available to logged in members. When you log in, you are able to see all the sub forums, but if you don't log in and visit this site as a guest then you can't see those sub forums.

Same here. I used to count days before any BD match. I don't know what happened now. Losing interest in cricket slowly. Something else is occupying my mind
