Did you or did you not have an AV running on your machine? I suggest using at least two. I believe you have an XP machine - so have MS Security Essentials and one additional. I used to have multiple before, including paid versions of Kaspersky. Now the MS product is sufficient for my use case.

Was busy with my internship in NYC. BC somehow inadvertently slipped off my radar!
But I'm back now. Wrote a few posts, even opened a thread. Thanks for recognizing my absence.
Keep it 100,
Roey

Makkah: Visited the deserts, had camel meat(really awesome taste, can't really compare with with beef/lamb), camel milk tastes really good. tasted the sweetness of fasting in 110 degrees heat weather. ALhamdulillah, I needed this spiritual experience. received royal treatment from our host, our shiekh. met many famous scholars.... I can't ever forget praying behind one of my most favorite reciters: Maher al-Mua'qali...every night in ramadhan we would pray Taraweeh from 9-11 and pray tahajjud from 1-3 in the Haraam Sharif. the Imam, Abdur Rahman as-Sudais would recite Beautiful Beautiful dua's very long ones too....Had a Wonderful, memorable Eid...really enjoyed eating McDonalds, KFC food I otherwise wouldn't eat at the states....met many wonderful people from many different places...
overall, ALhamdulillah, wonderful trip and experience but unorganized post
Good to know you had interesting time of your life. Welcome back bro. And thanks for fb friendship. (Although wall posts are disabled). But, I always admire your geniality. *

Well, I learned my lesson yet again. D/led avast. But Avast doesn't get "root" of the problem, does it? I mean registry and all...like really really root file. /not a comp specialist here.

*not to be confused with genital Emon.
no problem Zeeshan, If i am not mistaken, you mentioned before that you have been there once before, Right?
yeah, about facebook wall, I really don't know what happened, I am not a huge fan of timeline, my profile got timelined without my consent. This is really unfair.

Can't decide which one is more annoying: me putting "the" in front of every single conceivable proper name, or Roey signing off with "keep it 100, peace" at every single post.

The message needs to be drilled in your heads. Imagine if all our batsmen were told this after every talk, they would make centuries more often. Annoying? No. Salutary? Yes.
I enjoy schooling you so much!!! Thanks for the sparring.
Keep it 100,
Roey

I reckon you gotta have them 100s before you can keep 'em. We got 50s here in Bangladesh, so I say keep it 50 and stay in the candy shop.

yeah i saw the episode after you guys mentioned it. It is actually quiet funny after you can overcome the fake accent leading to bad acting... after 5 mins or so I guess you get used to it... and then i think you can enjoy it.. if anyone this show should be enjoyed by the muslims/desi group as there are some subtle jokes there that you would only understand as part of your culture... I don't think anyone should be offended.
for example, the father and daughter conversation when he tries to console her I think is cultural...the oddness of it was just hilarious....
Hate this time of the year. People are moving in/out, way too many movers, personal belongings everyyyy flipping where in the driveway. Takes forever to get out of the driveway. Almost scraped my car into one of the trucks.
