btw,I have a question on diet, I do eat rice almost everyday, but for the last 5 yrs or more I eat rice once( ek bela bhat at night)
anyway,my question is I want to make it like 3 days of rice a week, but what would be the healthier substitute for rice?
Pizza?spaghetti?noodles? ruti ? panta bhaat? polau ? any suggestion

Rice in itself is not the culprit. Its always the quantity. In the end, rice/pasta/bread etc gets converted to sugar. If you have too much of it, it will ultimately get converted to fat (interactions of insulin/fattyacid etc).
Find out your total kcal need and then eat accordingly. If your lifestyle only needs ~1500kcal don't eat 3000kcal. Its simple math at the end.
Try following kcal counter from sites like http://www.myfitnesspal.com. It will also let you figure out your daily calorie need based on your lifestyle.
Physically active lifestyle is much better than reducing calorie intake.

Ruti i would say. just grab a sandwich or a wrap. pizza, spaghetti and noddles have same amount as fat as rice so doesn't make any difference
This is what i do without going gmy to keep my sexy shape (in a wk)
-Rice: 3/4 times a wk @ dinner...2/3 days only fruit...1/2 days no dinner at all
-No dinner after 7pm latest so i can go to bed @ 11pm(mon-friday)
-light lunch like a sandwich or a wrap.
-Play 40 hours of cricket--(including matches on sat-sunday...only from jan-sep )
-After eating heavy meal. don't seat at one place for. try to walk around abit.

Indeed. From what I've heard from our Chinese teacher, they eat dinner at 7 pm. Long time before sleep. In fact they also eat lunch much sooner than we deshis do. So perhaps Mufi 02 could change his meal time up a bit, if he wants to follow the Chinese that is.

On January 6, 1972, a landmine accidentally exploded while they were being unloaded from trucks turning the entire area into debris and leaving hundreds of people including freedom fighters dead.
Over a hundred freedom fighters were buried at Chehelgazi Mazar under Dinajpur Sadar upazila.

No wonder why i, as a kid, used to steal 2 tk notes from my grandfather's bookshelf

Whoop dee doo - some random Boris found it pretty and we all Bangladesh's problems are solved! Sorry to sound cynical but we tend to let membership in some random list of the best get us all verklempt.
Granted - the 2 taka note is pretty but there are so many more equally if not more pretty currencies in the world.
Say for example from Sao Tome and Principe.
Worthless but pretty

IMO, that 2 taka looks very homo. And the size is very odd.

50K Dobra.
Incidentally, the size and colors of Bangladeshi notes are distinct because of low literacy rates and to also assist the visually handicap. The latter can use the size to determine value while the former can use size and or color.
While the Dobra has very low value, it is not the least valued currency. The least is the SOmalia shilling (US$1 = 33,000).
The 2nd least is the Vietnames Dong (hold your jokes). US$1 = 19K VND.
3rd is the Dobra above, 4th is Iran's Rial, and 5th is the Indonesian Rupiah.
Here's me holding 3 Million Dongs! I was a millionaire in Vietnam during my recent visit there.
And here's me holding about a million Rupiahs from a trip to Bali a year ago.

I had a nice early morning today. This break totally ruined my sleeping schedule, pull all those all nighters or passing out on someone else's house. Finally went to bed on time and woke up early, ran a couple of miles with all 3 of my bros. I haven't seen sun rise in a LONG time. SB is lovely.
