thank u once again my fellow members/brothers/friends ,

She was my grandF's step sister, a very interesting person, used to talk a lot...typical bikrompuri my mother used to say about her..haha..
her house was less than 200 m away from our house, although I used to only go there every Eid with my father, I find it weird now

once she went to hajj or umra hajj idk, she came back and told her sons to keep the TV away from her sight... few months later she came to our house & was talking about some Hindi movie with my mom..hahaha..looking at me she always used to say that I remind her of her brother.

Good people die young. Today we have lost a uncle (my dad's cousin) he was only 42. He was a photographer working in Sylhet. One of those person who was in the good book of every person and every family members.

Why's the starter of this popular thread banned? I mean how does one get an life sentence on an internet forum? I don't mean spammers or bot, I mean a regular, everyday member. What can one do THAT bad in a forum that should get him/her life ban?

lol unless you cuss at a mod or something, even than people cuss at the authorities all the time. Or you can do the same BS over and over again, even after getting an warning, but that's just dumb. I'm talking about decent members.

Omio got banned for like a month, came back and went all out on this new thread. He shared someone's blog, but the blog had bangla swear words written all over the it. Next thing you know, boom...gone.

No you can not. Because you are saying loud and clear that you dont give a damn about forum rule which you agreed with! Any decent member would never do that, including you. If you do, you will get banned, instantly, without exception. Need further explanation on that comment.

As PoorFan said.

Unfortunately, there are enough 'dumb' people who do that and they then say goodbye. Usually, most members do not get to see what they did as the offending posts are either edited or removed by the moderators. So it may appear to some as if an everyday member was banned for 'no reason'. That is never the the case. Modes deliberate long and hard before such a drastic step is needed.

Interestingly, IMO, being dumb like that is probably the second most common reason for a life sentence.

The most common (apart from spamming) is bigotry - such as racism, religious prejudice, homophobia, and other similar hateful acts. These usually lead to an automatic and permanent ban WITHOUT notification.

I like BC mods. Their judgement are USUALLY good though can sometimes be patronizing. But it's ok, this forum still thriving.. they must be doing something right :p
