Default Possiblity of a triseries between Bangladesh, India, and the host Kenya in August

If the tri series takes place in Kenya in August, this will be great opportunity for our players as they will have a chance with play and perhaps beat the Indians (and not to mention about the kenyans as well). I think, the more we play against the Indians, the greater chance we have to defeat them in World Cup 2011.

At this rate, our players are going to be dying by the time WC2011 rolls around...

But hey, more cricket for me!

Well, this year has been really harsh on the players. They have spent 35 days on the ground ONLY in international games, add to that 15-20 days spent in domestic league, which means they have spent over 50 days this year just playing games. Add to that 4-5 hour training sessions with the national team for another 25 days. And then another 5 days for domestic practice. That is 85 days just practicing, plus they have traveled to New Zealand, and then to Sharjah. Thats around 90 days related to cricket within the 117 days past this year.
And then our boys have a very long England tour coming up, just because we don't play 5 match series doesn't mean we play less games.
I know they are professionals, but they are bound to run out of steam at some point, I hope BCB realizes that.

people complained b4 we dont play enuf, n now we play enuf alredy? this phase of playing a lot of cricket might not come again for some time. so cherish it..make the most of it. they just gona get fat and unfocused if u dnt keep them on their toes.

and anyway..bd players are slow learners anyway..more they play the better.

That was a pathetic series for us. We failed to reach in to the final losing the next game against Kenya.

BCB might mess it up. but if it happens, it is a great opportunity for BD to play India in Kenya, the more they play against india, the better they will become. All they need between tours is 1 week's rest. What are they doing in September?

Rest is not needed. The truth is that a weak student needs to study more than a student who is very good. We need to be ready for the ultimate exam in 2011, and we need to practice as much for it.

i think it should be a tri series between india A, BD A and kenya.

i think both the BD and India national team are too good for kenya now. so if india and BD send their A team it will benefit all the three nations

Never underestimate the kenyans. It is because of us that they fell short of getting Test status, failing to get chances in World Cup. Comeon, hadnt it been for us, their players would have been highly paid, they would play tests, get chances in foregin domestics, and also get to World Cup easily. They might even have a Cricket forum or Cricket Channel. My deepest sympathy towards them and hope that they win the TOURNAMENT and become revived
