Thanx Zee vai for providing Javed vai's inspirational photo. I always wanted to see my icon Javed vai's real picture. Now after watching this photo I know how much hard work I have to do to be like him. He should be called Javedznegger.

Hi Hrithik - good thread.
I have never worked out a single day in my life. I always THINK of going to the gym but never had the energy or the motivation to do it. Being a rice eating Bangladeshi and on top of that a PURE chatgaiya (there isn't a single non-chatga in my family tree) - I AM EXTREMELY LAZY!!!
Hrithik, post your picture man. Show us what you have achieved so far. I think that will motivate a lot of people in this forum and people would wanna know what you eat and how you exercise.
I am so skinny, people on train give me quarter all the time. I am like "what's this?".. they are like "buy some food" I am like "what can I buy with a quarter, you cheap sh1t! give me a dolla". then they be like "how rude!!" and I am like "how cheap!".

Why do you say that? I am curious to know. My ex-gf LOVED going to the gym. Now I wonder why she loved it so much - she never lost an ounce of fat.

This is my experience:
Go to gym, find an instructor and empty your stash, drink and eat whatever they tells you, in 3-6 months you will have a body that may sustain for years to come.
For me I am too lazy to do it myself, all apartment complexes have a work-out room, all hotels do too. But it is the motivation which lacks and puts me into an irregular routine which eventually dies out due to the frustration of not keeping up.

Hritik, idumb and habib bhai my answer was because people who go gym are afraid of their body. They just need to be calm and be how they are. I went gym it was ok but seeing all these people who are dyeing to pump up their body freaked me out. Its like as if they don't be fit then they will go hell. I rest my case.

Fine but still it doesn't prove your sexual harrasement theory. Now you have got two choices- Explain again clearly OR edit your previous post. (come on just tell a hot story bro. LOL.)

I like to stay lean, never been a big fan of building lots of muscle mass. If I've eaten healthy the whole day, I usually don't work out. But if I've indulged a bit (Fastfood, ice cream, biryani, coke etc), I usually go run 4-5 miles. I try to burn the weight off immediately because if you dont, 10 pounds can creep up on you real quick.
Also, a quick health tip. It is much much much better to eat your calories rather than drink them. If I go to a restaurant and have a big lunch, chances are I will eat a smaller dinner because I am so full. Our body naturally compensates. Now lets say I go out and drink 6 coke's. Not only did I consume a ton of calories, but I am probably not that full. So I'll go out and eat a big dinner too.
