Default What should be the punishment for Mo. Aamer?

Mohammed Aamer is the most promising and exciting cricketing prospect atm and a potential bowling legend. During his short career he already impresses everyone by bowling some great spells and taking wickets. he was the kid everyone loved.
But now, he like his other predecessors choose the way of evil. he is in the central stage of Pakistani "Spot fixing scandal". The allegation brought against him is quite decent and most probably he will be proven guilty as the evidences are very strong.
If he proved guilty how he should be punished? Should it be the same punishment as other will suffer? Can he seek exemption on the ground that he is only 18 and reasonably lacked proper understanding? Or someone like his captain or other senior players induced and dragged him to this? Should ICC act softly and provide mild punishment because he will be legend in future and a prospect who could really attract spectators to come in field and watch him play? Legend like M. holding supporting Aamer for soft punishment.
Whats your opinion?

Get him married & then ban him for 2 years. If he doesn't get married ban him for 4 years.
This is what is called soft punishment for fixing.

That would be another infringement! Remember marriage law and 21 years? he is just 18!
Btw who will marry a cheat? May be they can try in Pakistani women team to find suitable(another cheat) partner if available?

Life ban! Don't care how much i like him...I would do the same if Ash/Shak/Tamim did the same.

He should be set as an example to the future generation.

He is way too important of a player to get life ban. I'd say up to 5 years.

Thats a good point although I voted 5 years. After this incident a lots of people starts hating the game which hurts me as a life long blind lover of cricket. The image of the game was gentlemenship which is seriously damaged by the incident. A life ban wouldn;t be unreasonable.

He should be banned by the ICC so that the PCB gets no chance to interfere. A five years' ban is probably justified. I guess, they will reduce it finding some holes in the laws and a 2 years ban is more likely.

Mohammad Aemer has rejected allegations. He is yet to be proved guilty.Innocent until proved guilty and he is denying allegations.Evidences are coincidental and are not conclusive. How can you say that this video is conclusive and was taken before the match. No one has still proven that and besides, how come Mr. Majeed didn't know that he was being taped at that moment.Seems like a conspiracy against him and fellow men.Lets wait and see.

Valid questions. Also, how come Afridi did not know that cameras are not turned off at match interval or during the match? Pakistani players and bookies need some video consultant. Seems, they do not understand camera.
