First win for Flower. He was still not good, but got the win. Hoping for greater things to come. Sid and Geno are lights out right now. In ten-twelve days we expect Orpik, Asham, Staal and Michalek to be all back. Some good players will have to be sent down to W-B/S but its a good problem to have.

I hope Leafs will get back in the win column tonight when they face the struggling Philadelphia Flyers.

Yo yo yo waddup homies. So roughly into the quarter mark of the league and things are shaping up quite nicely for some of the stronger teams. The Caps, Red Wings, Flyers and Canadiens all seem to be in good shape. The Pens too have recovered. The Leafs continue to disappoint and the Blackhawks don't quite seem to be where you would have expected them to be with the team they have.

Too many losers in the game of cricket. This is the real deal, where real men and women take on each other in the toughest sport in the galaxy and where winning and only winning matters.

^^^ and some overrated, secondary assist grabber, over hyped player has 31 points ( 14 goals 17 assists ) in a 15 game point streak. Leading the league in almost all major categories as well. 46 pts, 23 goals. Not bad for an avg player !

The winning streak has reached 11 games now. Our D is solid in front of Fluery now, who is playing pretty darn good. And, what can I say about our captain that is not being said all around the league?? In the season long absence of Staal and now Malkin ( who has bad knee injury ), he is carrying the team on his back with a bunch of hard working muckers. His personal point streak is now 17 games- 20 goals and 15 assists !! Its been a fun ride. Team is in first place after that horrible start. Sid has 50 pts and 26 goals in 30 games !!! Just astonishing in this era.
