Dnt worry...Jahurul Islam, our stand by Wk, is more than capable of taking mushy's role ! But, i sincerely hope that Mushy will be alright and can play against NZ !

This must be because of Ash, he is such a kufa, when you keep him as a standby someone is bound to get injured. I wish Mushy a quick recovery and if a replacement is required than please take anyone but not Ash.

Selectors have to explain each time to the media n public....regarding the omission of "Ash Factor". It puts pressure.
I hope they will go for Nazimuddin or someone else (i.e. even shuvagoto) rather than Ash to ash.....dust to dust
Hope Mushi will recover soon

Opening up the door for ASH? You just can't get ASH out of the scene, can you?

Anyway it is a blow for the team if Mushy is not around against NZ and we are already missing Tamim. BUT, as Jahurul is around as keeper and Mushy is not in a good form with bat lately, it is not a BIG blow if he miss out.

I'd bet on Chris Martin scorring a century than Ash, ATM.

Exactly my thoughts, Ash must be using some tabij or something. You just can't keep him off the team, be it injury, or drama[Rakib] or something else, he is always back.

Johurul is capable of keeping and he is a better batsman than Mushy, so no big loss. I wish Mushy recovers soon. And please dont call Ash a kufa. Leave him alone...

if its test--sure i would care. he is very important in test batting line up
but ODI--doesnt make difference, if wkt keeper is jahurul/anam--i think both are better than mushy

replacement should be--shuvagoto/nazimuddin from the reserve.
wishing recovery for mushfiq, my chirping bird

Mushfique to return to training soon

Staff Correspondent Injured wicketkeeper Mushfiqur Rahim will return to training within a few days as primary reports did not suggest any serious damage in his shoulder, Bangladesh Cricket Board physician Debashish Chowdhury said on Saturday.
Mushfique had sustained shoulder injury in training a day earlier, which caused a panic as the diminutive stumper was carrying an old injury in the same part of his body.
‘We have done an MRI on his shoulder, though we did not get any report. However, we were told by the consultant that he had only torn some tissues and there was no need to be panicked,’ said Debashish.
After seeing the primary report of the MRI the consultant said there is a sign of tissue damage but he is not sure whether it is new injury or the old one that he already carried,’ the BCB physician said.
‘The MRI report suggested that he had not broken or dislocated his shoulder. He has been asked to rest for 72 hours and we expect him to return to training within a few days,’ Debasish added.
