Great knock today but he really needs to address his difficulty in converting 50s into 100s. He became a different batsman once he got near the century.

Great innings, now hopefully his captaincy doesn't cost us the game.

Problem with Mushfique is that he relies too much on spin, more specifically his favourit Lalla

That's because pacers are generally crap and spinners are the ones who usually strangle the batsmen? Have you considered that possibility?
Razzak is alright otherwise, this was probably outfield really messing it up for them.

Mushy has definitely improved his mental strength after all these years which is good to see.

Old mushy would have block and aim for 220 if the score was 25-3 but today, boy showed some balls and counter attacked to put pressure on the opposition. I hope not only mushy, we all come out of JS methods and not block out to full 50 overs. ODI these days is all about runs. These days you have 0.0001% chance of winning if you score less than 270 runs.

Today we were extremely lucky, Thanks to Rubel

Don't want to blame him for slowing down like Anamul when he went close to his 100. It's just natural;if u play cricket you would know. Happened to even Tendulkar many times. Hope he will learn next time he gets the chance to reach triple figure.

Today it was a very good innings by Mushy. Slowly he is turning to a dependable batsman. I like his caution with aggression type batting.

Mushy is actually a good ODI captain, his bowling changes and field placements were quite sharp today. If we can somehow manage to give Shakib the test captaincy, then we'll be a formidable team in both the formats at least in home conditions.

Bats with a lot more authority and self confidence after becoming captain. Thats extremely good to see. Also known to be most hard working guy in the team. This is whats called leading from the front.

A near flawless innings by the captain. I hate him but won't hate him for long if this becomes a normal thing for him. Yes, I'm very opinionated, but I always gives props where props are due.
