Sending Batsmen backword

Its been a trend for BD team that the top order batsmen will fail and the lower order will back them up and usually will do better than them. Trom this i have an idea. how about we send them backword? the lower end should do better because they will have more chance and flexibility and won't be too big of a deal if the top batsmen fails.

We tried that once. Pilot who always holds the the collaps was sent to open in recent past, didnt work.
