Your Playing XI in the Australia Series
Please no Mashrafe. The drama about his fitness is going on for too long. Let him first prove his match fitness in some domestic matches (if he is still adamant about not going through the surgery) before considering him for the national team.
Don't want to see Riyad back in #7 either, he simply doesn't fit there. Let Kapali play the full series - to see whether the hype about him has any substance behind it.
Same for Rock and Mushfiq - let both play the full series to see whether they deserve any place in the squad. Hom should wait till the Zimbabwe series for his debut.
So, my playing XI would be -
Tamim
Imrul
SN
Rock
Shak
Mushfiq
Kapali
Shafiul
Raz
Shuvo
Rubel

We're a pacer short. Not sure if Mashrafe should be in the XI straightaway. Shouldn't have left Nazmul out. My batting order for the first ODI:
1. Taimma
2. Imruilla
3. Mofees
4. Mushfiqqa
5. Shakibbe
6. Aloikka
7. Riyad
8. Hujur sir
9. Shophee
10. Razzak mamu
11. Rubella

Well if Mash is fit, he should play. When practice starts at 29th, he will have a lot of time to regain his form. If he is not, than he shouldnt play. Alok is a must in and Shuvogoto should not be included this early. Considering this is a low pitch and Aussies are weak against them, i would go with a stronger spin XI. If Mash is back, than our batting is somewhat stretched. And is it just me or everytime Shakib comes into bat, its at the middle of a top order collapse? or a test going on and we need to chase big total? I feel like we should let him bet at no.3. After one wicket falls, i feel like Shakib would have the batting powerplay to hit out, which he prefers doing and if Tamim is at crease, they have good chemistry to take the game farther. Also Shakib always gets out against spin. So why not let him bat against pacers? If u look at India, they bring out Shewag and Tendulkar in opening following by Gambhir. these 3 are their top batsmen and they play next to each other. Bringing Shakib at the middle of a collpase doesnt help as he cant always play well under pressure. my line up,
Tamim
Imrul
Shakib
Roqibul
Nafees
Mushfiq (reluctantly)
Mahmudullah
Alok Kapali
Mashrafe/ Rubel/ Shuvo
Razzaq
Shafiul/ Rubel

Well, it is easy to type the names of the players who should sit out.
Raquibul
Shuvo
Rubel
We got 3 ODIs to play. Whether Mashrafee plays or Nazmul comes back in as replacement, we should rorate the pacers in those 3 ODIs. So Shafiul-Mashrafee, Mashrafee-Rubel and Shafiul-Rubel should be the different pair for different ODIs.
I will love to see Shuvagoto in action. So Raquibul has to sit out. He is not performing well anyways. Due to better batting abilities, Mashmudullah and Alok come ahead of Shuvo as the 5th bowler-all-rounder.
However, I hate to all 3 of our best fielders (Raquibul, Naeem and Shuvo: Rapid Action Battalion-RAB of BD Fielding as per Coach Fountain) out at the same time. So to strengthen the fielding side, all players need to pee a lot during the game so that we can steal the services of Rakibul and Shuvo.

if SN fails, Shuvagoto in.
if mahmudullah fails Raqibul in
if kapali fails either rock or hom in slight shift in batting order

mashrafe declared himself fit for the Abahani-Mohammedan match. he gave reference of fitness coach. mashrafe fans shouted he was totally fit when he concede 5+ runs in the match were target for opponents was just about 4+.
Reporters and Journalists have written thousands or reports and articles about Mash should have been in.
any mash was not in the team there was always chance he could be in if anyone was injured. So it was Mash's responsibility to keep himself good shape.
and also he should have known that the AUS sereies was coming. he should lots of determination to prove himself fit in the Abahoni-mohammedan match so he should have continued his determination to prove his fitness in this series. or he does not get the same inspiration. he felt WC was important, AUS series is not. so he lost his hunger to prove fitness when WC was over. thats not acceptable for a Professiaonal sportsman who is also a contender to captain the team.
NOW IF MASH FINALLY DECLARES HE IS SHORT of FITNESS, should we understand that all those tears after dropped from WC was fake ??? all the reports suggesting his fitness was Fake ???? should we understand Mash knew he was unfit but still he created controversy in the team, in the media, in the mind of the fans.
Mr. Mashrafe Bin Mortaza (Koushik) we want answers. We want to see You Fit in the AUS series as u declared yourself fit long ago.
ANWAY TWO GAMES between BD A and BD national team were supposed to be played. i will try to confirm dates soon. these games should be a chance to improve his fitness.

Batting order because Koushik is not 100% fit from what I hear:
1. Tamim
2. Shagor
3. Abir
4. Faisal (C)
5. Mushfiq/Alok ... either Bijauy or Dhiman would've been better instead of Mushfiq. With Dhiman as WK, I'd have moved Shubhagauto up at #6 and put Dhiman at #7 with Alok at #5.
6. Alok/Mushfiq
7. Shubhagauto
8. Riyad (more for his bowling) ... Rumman would've been better here
9. Shuhash
10. Rex/Shubho
11. Rubel
12th man: Nauyon for his fielding.

6. Riyad
7. Alok
8. Mash
9. Shafiul

Hom can make his debut in the last game.
3 pacers and 3 spinners. Shakib should bat at 4. Raqibul 12th man.

My dear Shubho - could you please use use the more commonly known names pf ur cricketers? I always have to go back to my trusty mapping table every time.
I will see you team and raise you thus:
- Imrul (yes, he to face first)
- Tamim (Hopefully his paunch is going to be worked on)
- Shakib (He can be anywhere)
- Shahriar Nafees (not #3, still rusty and I am not too sanguine about his fishing expeditions still. Give him an extended run and then maybe swap)
- Mushfique
- Alok (not at #5 for the sole reason is that this is his comeback role and let us not throw him to the wolves as of yet. Give him an extended run and then perhaps swap with #5)
- Shubhagoto
- Riyad
- Razzak
- Shafiul
- Rubel

I will dear Z. I do this so that our beloved NRB Anglophiles get to know the real nicknames of our guys and not stuff like Masri and Shak
Shubhagauto is a real batsman capable of batting at 3 or 4 after a couple of years if he performs his way up. Playing him below 7 isn't a good idea IMHO.

I am sure Rex wasn't a nickname his mom gave him.
Ugh... I meant to have ShubhagaUto ahead of Riyad. Will amend..
The problem is that we have too many early order players and very few for the just as crucial 5-7 slots.

The day I suggest "Decans" as a national team player, let alone as Captain, is the day you ought to shoot me Miju because that would mean that I've sold my soul to the Devil.

^^ So, who is Faisal?!
Is not Shakib's nick name is Moyna? At least that's what some BKSP players named him.

Mahmudullah
Shakib
Mushfiq
Kapali
Razzak

Rubel
Mashrafe
that shud be good enough. we could play shuvo instead of 3 pacers. aussies arent the best side against spin, and there arent too many left handers in their middle order. so we can play 3 left arm spinners, plus mahmudullah and kapali.

Mauyna is the BKSP nick. His parents and the other Maguraites call him Faisal. Nirala for example the DPL name for Rokibul, his parents and the other Jamalpurians call him Nauyon.
