PowerPlay Conundrum's Culprit
Many BCers were blaming the timing of the PowerPlay on Jamie Siddons, but it seems its Shakibs fault. The management makes the plan but Shakib doesn't follow when to take the PowerPlay. Inconsistency on and off the field.

"Shakib didn't really have a lot of answers for me when he came off as to why they went so slow, other than the wicket was very difficult. I didn't like the running between wickets, didn't like them walking between wickets," Siddons said of the innings. "I was disappointed we didn't go a bit harder after we got to about 160, I thought we took the Powerplay probably six or eight overs too late; I wanted it taken while Tamim and Shakib were in and Tamim got out.

"My plan in the brief before we went out was to be 200 at the 40-over mark and see if we can get the last 70 [in 10 overs]. We lost three wickets really quickly so 200 was way out of our reach, and then I pretty much left it up to the captain and vice-captain.

I see other coaches send messages with drinks and stuff (bat, gloves, helmet). That is called in-game modification according to the game situation. Briefing before the game is easy. Go get them Tiger. Get 271. Done.
Giving freedom to players to make decisions is great. But this team is not Australia. 25 year olds still learning on the job. walking with them holding hands in this journey is more needed.

TOP SECRET ....
normally LOTUS KAMAL Decided when to take Power play. he consults with ashraful, Rakibul Hasan (SR) and Jafarullah Sharafat and then nominates a VIEWER to decide when to take the PowerPlay.
Fortunately, last match i was the Lucky Viewer. When the 47th over started i received a phone from LOTUS KAMAL's PA, and she asked me that his boss wants to know when BD should take Power Play. I told she is late BD has already taken it. She was very happy, because this was the first time his Boss was successful to complete his discussion with his advisers and select a Viewer and call him before the BD batting finished. Normally they fails to call a viewer before the batting ends, and BD gets Forced to take their PP on 46th over. last match they missed it only for 2 overs. they hope next day will be able to call a viewer around 43-44 over.
so watch the match and keep ur mobiles on. u can be the lucky decider of when BD should take the Powerplay
