Very commanding display from the Zimbabwe batsmen. Very nice return to Test cricket. Well done.

Sorry but playing test cricket after 6 years is too great a motivation to get bored.

The last over is given to Rubel. So there is not a single over given to any part timers. Clearly Shakib is losing the clue.

What I liked about the Zim batsmen was that they were patient enough to leave the nasty balls alone. Rarely was there the traditional Bangladeshi-blood-to-the-head flashing at low percentage balls.

Last 10 overs only 16 runs. Well played, ZIM. You have shown patience and resilience.

From the chit-chat it seems they are enjoying it plenty, but they still suck!

Why wasn't Rubel given the ball earlier?

Also, I do not consider Mahmudullah a part-timer.
If he was, why are we taking a batsman only to play him at No.7 ?

With the kind of averages that our 'front line' bowlers have and the penetration that they have demonstrated today, they would be classified as part time bowlers in any other team

Part time bowlers normally have the ability to take wickets. Our bowlers are so cheap that they won't even get the role of part timers in any other team.
