2. Bowling stump to stump and keeping it tight pays off : 3 LBW

ম্যাচ শুরু হতে তখনো প্রায় ঘণ্টা দেড়েক। গ্র্যান্ড স্ট্যান্ডের বাংলাদেশ ড্রেসিংরুমের পাশটায় তিনি একা। হাতে ক্যামেরা নিয়ে ইতিউতি তাকাচ্ছেন। হঠাৎ ছুটে গেলেন ড্রেসিংরুমের কোনার দিকে, মাঠের মাঝে নক করে ফিরছিলেন অলক কাপালি।
হাস্যোজ্জ্বল কাপালিকে ক্যামেরাবন্দী করলেন। এরপর ঠেস দিয়ে দাঁড়িয়ে রইলেন ড্রেসিংরুমের দেয়ালে। বাংলাদেশের ক্রিকেটাররা ঢুকছেন-বের হচ্ছেন, আর তাঁর শাটারে চাপ পড়ছে অনবরত। হঠাৎ ওপরে পরিচিত কাউকে দেখতে পেয়ে উচ্ছ্বসিত হাসিতে চিৎকার, ‘জানিস, বোনের ক্যামেরা চুরি করে এনেছি!’
‘বোন জানলে মার খেতে হবে না?’ অপরিচিত একজনের মুখ থেকে গোপন কথা শুনে একটু যেন চমকে গেলেন। পরক্ষণেই দুষ্টুমির হাসি, ‘বোন জানলে তো!’ শখের এই ক্যামেরাম্যানের নাম নুসরাত সাফা, এমবিএ পড়ছেন ইস্ট ওয়েস্ট বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে। ক্রিকেটের ভক্ত হলেও মাঠে এসে খেলা খুব বেশি দেখা হয়নি। তবে মাঠে প্রথম খেলা দেখেছেন অনেক আগে, বঙ্গবন্ধু স্টেডিয়ামে ২০০০ সালের এশিয়া কাপে ভারত-পাকিস্তান ম্যাচ।

বাংলাদেশ দলের সবাই তাঁর প্রিয়। খুব কষ্ট পান দল হারলে, প্রচণ্ড রাগও হয়। তবে রাগটা দীর্ঘস্থায়ী হয় না, ‘আপনজনের ওপর কি রাগ করে থাকা যায়!’
