Please Listen, You Young Tigers!
In your indomitable journey through the darkness and light in the cricket world, we have always been with you and we will. When you are ‘fallen’, we are being mocked, laughed at, underestimated, and above all, in some situations, ignored. But we do not care for these obscenities because of our love for our young tigers.
We believe in yourselves, even if you lose a game, you are born tigers. We do not expect wins all the time, and nobody can with a clear conscience; however, our expectation is you stand up with bravery, sanity, glory and pride with bat and ball. When you give up in a time you should fight hard and smart, we simply become saddened. Our expectations were never unrealistic. In your uninterrupted and indomitable journey, we expect your emotions to be predominated by your logic, your insanity by sanity, mistakes by solid improvement, to help you reach your coveted goal. And your goal is our goal.
The young and brave West Indies team is on our soil and BCB has already setup your boundaries. ‘Now’ is the time for you to define who you are and what you are supposed to do on the field that have people respect, admire and look to you for! We do not expect anything new from you now; you just repeat what the best you did in the past with them. Yes, you did it and once you did it, you can repeat it, that is what you are supposed to do, even if you cannot do it or did not do it, however, you do it because you are supposed to do it. ‘Trying’ is a loser’s term.
We believe and hope you nurture healthy and high self-esteem and self-awareness for any situations and uphold your vigor and determination with sanity. The journey to a sense of self-identity and high self-esteem is not always easy; however, it needs not to be all that difficult for professionals like you. Things happen for a reason.
Let us believe you take our dreams seriously; you know what is best for you and for us as well. We feel your feelings and you should be in touch of our feelings.
We appreciate and respect your courageous fight with cricket sense, sensibility and sanity.
And we fans, on and off the field, let’s stay firm within our internal and external boundaries which will help us develop our reservoir of patience, sanity and self-compassion to achieve and retain respect and pride in the globe.

We always think about our cricket team but most of the times they disappointed us.

Good. But Ashraful does not fit in here because he eats one animal and starves for the rest of the year.

Are they mainly toothless tigers or yet to grow teeth? Or a combination of both?

May be, they are too young to grow all the teeth.

I think Ash has a small stomach. Hence, no appetite (hunger). Bradman used to come to crease with an intention to score a century every time. After he would score 100, he would reset his intention to score a double century and so on. The man was unhappy when he was out after scoring 304 at Leeds in 1934!
