Mentality Problem

Welcome guys and i wanna talk about this "batting problem" we have and what i wanna say is i don't think its a batting problem but its a mental thing but i wouldn't say its a mental Problem but its something that our players always had say batsmen bowlers or fielders and its not like our bowlers never failed they did but the thing we have been an elite side for the last 10 years and still nothing has been fixed! WHY IS THAT? also i don't think it will any good just to blame the coaches we had and we had like what 10 coaches in our whole history but still the same usual problem ! all our batsmen do is GIFT THEIR WICKET!
and one more thing guys when Ian Pont was our coach it seemed like he kind of took care of our players mentality kind of ...so guys please share your opinions and what i want bcb to do is get Coach Pont back in the team as a mental support guy! again love my team

The why Ashraful start comming back in the ODI team? I am pretty sure the selectors don't think that ashraful is part of the problem (right now in the team).
