Why don't you go to Stadium market or some good sports shop like Shah Sports and then look yourself which one you need ? Most of us here live abroad and i don't think any of local members play regularly. So, asking here is just waste of time.

Btw, if you had asked prices of different brand bats in Australia then i would have given you all the info instantly

So, my advice is to go the shops and verify yourself.

to pick a good bat-

weight: hold the bat with the hand that your are dominant with..(right or left)..n hold it up horizontally, like as if you are pointing at someone. see how long you can hold it up for... you fall to quick, then its too heavy.

size: the bat should reach up to the pockets on your pants.

willow: depends what you're going to use it for n price. english willows are more expensive than kashmir. both are quiet effective I would say.

knock in your bat for a good few weeks before play- hitting the face of the bat with cricket ball in a sock is a good technique. n then just play straight in the nets.

if required use fibre glass or extratec sleeves for protection, otherwise use oil every now n then.

hope it helps G

Do you have GM Bats over there? They're pretty good. Or else from your list, SS/BDM are decent.

hey guys,, umm...yeah I live in Dhaka.. yeah, ive tried bats like RNS, BDM, SS and I play in a club. but the problem is that stadium market is like abt 10 km's from my home. So, i just can;t go there and fool around. I have posted this thread so that i can know the actual price, take enough money and go to stadium market. Its like, i don't want any original bat, but i just want a good one which will really survive.. :P
