Naimul bhai, you need to crop the writing on the picture before you post. Because the picture may have copyright which may put you in trouble.
And cropping, before you post, may help you resize.

Why bhai ? I am stating the source of the picture. If i had cropped the writing out then it would mean that the picture belongs to me. Now, everyone knows that to whom the picture belongs to

You are right, but the problem is the copyright. Copywright means if you use their picture/images anywhere, you need their permission. And I am not sure it has copyright, that's why I have used the word 'may', only to help you.

An Ode on Naimul
While wandering in my world of imagination
Naimul bhai requested to write a poem on Barisal thread
I thought it was a perfect time for my brain’s intermission
So why delay, just write it on a land of bread.
A big sigh of winds comes from the Bay of Bengal
Caresses the beautiful trees on the mesmerizing tiger land
Full of gold corns, zigzag rivers, canals and salt
A land of the braves was never for a marauding band.
Saints came, lived on this holy land and died in peace
People of this land are always with their best
Flourished at home and abroad with their bright face
In their hearts with a big crest.
Now in came the game of cricket in this land
People in BC and BD are roaring relentless
And an opportunity for the tigers and gold players of the foreign land
To bring for us another crest of success.

I love all my tigers. My tigers come from all over Bangladesh and hence I support all BPL teams! I would like to see our players mingle with international players and gain some experiences from it. Hope this BPL league will benefit our cricket!
Go Borishal Tigers!
Go Bangladesh!
May the best team win!

By the way, which area of Barisal you guys are from ?
My dadabari is in the village of Balipara, under Zianagar Upazilla in Pirojpur.
Our Barisal icon Shahrear Nafees is also from Pirojpur.
Zianagar was previously known as Indurkani. The name was only changed in 2002 during the BNP regime when the Jamaat MP Delowar Hossain Sayeedi got elected from the constituent.
Zianagar at a glance:

Thanks a lot for such kind words. Well, that was the whole purpose of opening this thread. BPL is now an international tournament. So, there are many chances that people from other countries may visit this site. So, its our duty to portray the beautiful sides of each division.
Please feel free to share in other threads too.

** CTG & Barishal franchisees Names Yet to granted by BCB **
"Tigers" is the most sought name by the franchisees for the forthcoming BPL. At least two franchisees wanted ‘Tigers’ as part of their names which left the BPL governing council in a tricky position. The owners of the Chittagong franchise want to name it as "Chittagong Tigers" while Barisal wanted that their name as "Bengal Tigers Barisal".
BPL officials said that they could chose anything but 'Tigers' as it is now the established pet name of the national cricketers. The official logo of the BCB consists of a Tiger and the name of the board’s web site is tigercricket.com
Chittagong said that they have also used the same name for the Port City Cricket League in the past and did not see any problems with using the name in the BPL. But the BPL governing council chairman, Gazi Ashraf Hossain, cannot give them any guarantee.
‘We have asked the franchisees to propose more than one names for their team. The names that you mentioned need to be approved by the governing council,’ he said. ‘I would not like to say anything right now about the name of Tigers as they are our valued partners. But we will see so that no name can create any confusion or raise any question,’ Ashraf said.
Ashraf added that they would finalise the names at a meeting today.
