But home made players like Nur, Hom, Rubel and Nayeem have to perform regularly to win some games and finish above Barishal.

So...people who are upset over the line-up might want to look at the stats...out of the top ten batsmen from NCL T20 2010; we got 4 of them in our team(Kayes being 1st..Shuvagoto 3rd, Kapali 5th, & Nayeem 9th) ..the best buy among the foreign recruits, I would say, is somerset allrounder peter trego..a genuine smasher of the ball with decent bowling expertise for death overs..tanvir and akmal needs nothing else to prove, though their current form might be a cause of headache..St. Lucian seamer Sammy can swing his bat too..brad hogg might be a very old gun in the arsenal; but whoever follows australian big bash should know he is still a great bowler in the shortest format...
All being said..the big mouth Walton authority was dissaponting when it was time to raise the stakes higher..they lacked the guts and showed poor marketing strategy..one or two expensive players cud raise the fanbase multiple times...
The team might not be strong enough as we hoped it would be..but not bad enough either to keep me from shouting : 'GO ROYALS!'..

The dates of this tournament have been known for over a month now, so Sammy had time to withdraw....
