Dhaka Gladiators. Best team on the paper. But biggest reason = Ash.

Argue as much as you want, Ash is still the best T20 player in the country.

Despite having stronger team, i dont think, either Dhaka or Khulna can win the cup. My bet is on Rajshahi/CTG.

To answer your first question- who else but the Khulna Royal Bengals. They have about...zero Pakistani in the team. And for the second question- There is a fixed foreign player quota for each team you know
