First I want to hear that a BPL team gets chance in CL T20. 4 IPL teams there and no BPL team will be pure injustice

I don't know so much about CLT20.
Will DG be able to keep Afridi and other international players at the same contract fee?
Or there will be another bidding for CL? Thanks in advance.
