Ranking of reliable batsmen in the Bangladesh team
1. Shakib
2. Mushfiq
3. Nasir/Tamim

Not lashing out bro. I just think that its time Mushy and Riyad start performing. They've played many matches already and should be able to raise their hands up and perform if their number is called upon. I'm tired of Shakib going out and having to be relied upon to save the day all the time. Others need to go out there and give him help.

Also disagree that Mushy is our 2nd most reliable batsman. Tamim is our 2nd most reliable batsman by a long way. He's gotten many more big scores against the big teams compared to Mushy. Both Tamim and Shakib are a long ways ahead of the rest of our batsmen in terms of consistency. I believe the question of our 3rd most consistent batsman is still unanswered. With Mushy and Riyad being the most experienced barring Tamim and Shakib, I want them to perform. I know both can as well because they're good talents and are a treat to watch once they get going.

"Sachin batted straight 70 mins+ with intense concentration" in one training session...a player like his calibre work hard like that I doubt how many of our gurus will do that...they should work triple time harder than him...sorry for the insance language but that's what lots of our batsmen lack and can learn from Tendu

I still feel, Sunny has got to improve his bowling length. He bowls way too many half volleys, and on a batting friendly wicket, I'm not sure how much effective he would be!

He did get lots of wickets in BPL, but that was T20, where over pitched deliveries can also get you wickets if the batsman fails to connect it properly!

And bowling wise, Razzak did a decent job in the last match. It was his batting which made him a stupid!

I see Nazmul is replacing Shafiul, will the selectors replace Razzak with Sunny?

I want both to be replaced for the next match like you too.

My team against India:

Tamim
Nazimuddin
Shakib: I'm a big advocate of promoting Shakib up the order, he is the best ODI batsmen in the side, so he should get the opportunity to bat longer.
Mushy
Riyad: On thin ice, he needs to perform otherwise his place in the side will be questioned. He's got an excellent record batting at 5 in domestics so he should get the opportunity to bat here, and if he still isn't performing then he will be dropped.
Nasir: been crying out for a promotion.
Mominul/Anamul/Jahurul: This would be a good position to introduce newcomers into the side. Also might be suitable for Jahurul as he seems to want to thrash every delivery.
Elias Sunny We need to start phasing Razzak, the senior citizen out of the team. Elias has performed well in Test cricket, domestics and BPL so he definitely deserves a chance.
Mashrafe
Nazmul Probably the most under-rated player in Bangladesh. Should have replaced Shafiul ages ago
Shahadat Performed well last game by taking wickets but was still very expensive. Can be used as a strike bowler but I would replace him with Rubel once he is fit.

A Message to all our players:

1. Tamim - you got your fifty, answered your critics, paid respect to your uncle, felt really good about yourself. Now that all that is behind us it's time for you to start thinking about the team and to setup a win for us. Get us a big score and win a game for your country.

2. Nazimuddin - i like your batting. There is a quiet aggression in your game. You don't bat like a fish out of water ala khocha nafees neither do you bat like its a test match i.e kayes. You look comfortable against both spin and pace and you possess a fearsome hook shot. I think you are a good find for us. Carry on.

3. Jahirul - you give the term unpredictable a new meaning. One good shot followed by an ugly slog. Only you know what prompts you to commit suicide time and time again after you are reasonably set in your 30s. As a number 3 you need to look for singles more and boundaries less. You have the power and the tecnique to succeed and i Hope you have learnt your lesson in the last game.

4. Mushfiq - everyone knows you are a busy cricketer who likes to get on with things. Hold youserf back from playing cross batted shots too early and play in the V. If you get stuck in we will have a cool headed finisher to partner shakib when the crunch time comes. Its time for another century.

5. Mahmudullah -you have a good average so you certainly know how to bat. Reducing margin of defeat will not save our cricket too much longer. Show us what you can do in a competitive game.

6. Shakib - don't be frustrated. We all know you are not getting the support you should but if you give up than we have no chance. We know india will target you early, Be the champion we know you to be and that will be enough for the day.

7. Nasir - you are a fearless cricketer similar to shakib. You seem to be unfazed by reputation or match situation. You have all the big shots required off a number 7. You are the perfect partner for shakib and can really take the pressure off him by scoring freely. Repeat the innings you played last game and there won't be any Gul or ajmal to stop you this time.

8. Mashrafi- imagine the match you are playing is a news paper interview and get all that wisdom out into the match situation. There is no point realizing what needs to be done when the match is already over. Be the mash of 2007 and we got this.

9. Razzak - You copped a lot of criticism and i am not sure if you will hold your place. Against india i would still play you because of your experience in bowling during the power plays. If you put in an economical spell, it would help our chances immensly. I do hope we wont have to see you bat.

10. Shahadat - don't know what to expect from you man. Whether you will go for 100 runs or pick up handful of wickets or do both really depends on that turbulent mind of yours. All the best anyways. Ps dont forget to aim for Raina's head with deep square leg in place.

11. Nazmul - i have a feeling you will get tendulkar. I hope the foster parents play you.

IIf Mushy wins the toss, I think we should bowl first. That's our only chance, whatever slightest it is.

again, for this match, we should use a heavy spin friendly attack, Shahadat can be rested(Lightning doesn't strike twice on the same spot does it?)

Rest Shahadat bring in Sunny. Drop Shafiul and bring in Nazmul

To me following things should be in mind to selecr the wicket:
1.Never allow Indian batsman to scorre freely. So boling wicket.
2.Indian batsman are weak against pace than spin so pacer friendly wicket.
3.Our strength is spin attack but india also have good spinners plus Indian batsman are good against spin,so spinning wicket will back fire us.
So I want a pacer friendly bowling wicket.

As opposed to being bundled out for 12 runs when batting first?

Yes bat first and bat through 50 overs, at least 250 will be on the card, otherwise game will be over within 30 overs if we let India bat first.
