A great moral booster ! The reason behind recent success is team effort. Bangladesh is no longer one man army team. Yes, Shakib, Tamim are consistent performer but others have started chipping in too

Shakib doesn't make any difference to the team. They still manage to lose even if Shakib pulls off a super performance and they still can win even if he is not there. It was never about Shakib it has always been about the team effort and this performance just proves that..
