Dilo sesh kore polata ke. The best thing about Anamul is his temparament. Take that away and he will become para mohollar batsman. For the umpteenth time, Tamim should stop coaching juniors and focus on his own game so that he can get a century FGS.

This was my fear with pushing Anamul into the team. He has the ability, but is he mentally ready for this? Or like his predecessors will he take this early success into his head and ruin himself

He deserves 10 straight away chances irrespective of success or failure.

Yep. We ve already pushed him into the sea. He has the ability. Lets hope he picks up.
But still feel both Anamul and Mominul needed more time to mature before being introduced into the team. Not that we have anyone who is better than them, its just that them being our best prospects needed more nurturing.

As I said before, have zero expectation from him then you will be less mad. This is a young kid who bats no. 3 sent as a specialist opener in his debut series. He will learn and improve from this experience. Lets not give up hope and discard him like we did to many others. He needs to be persisted with even through a string of failures.

he definitely deserves a long run, don't understand why people give up on players so quickly.
He scored a 41 on 1st match,then a 100+,on 3rd match I guess he scored 30 something,just failed today.
I say keep him in the ODIS for atleast another 6-8 match and see how he does.

Read my mind bhai. The players that should get more blame is Tamim, Mushy, Naeem and to some extent Nasir. These players have been playing international cricket for ages now. Time for those guys to be stepping up and being more consistent.
