As long as its about "Recreational Drug" this wont ever end. IMO this is bit harsh on a 33yr old dude; in Pakistan even 10yr kids do drugs. I cant see much sin here where as its true, some cheaters do drugs for performance enhancement.

So, the guy had a joint, big deal !!
He should rather be rewarded for showing up on time (during the match day) after getting high. At least, he wasn't trying to bite the ball.
