log in problem

i don't know what happened suddenly, since i installed a program (an uninstaller) i can't login in banglacricket from my computer anymore. I uninstalled that stupid program, but the problem is still there. and unfortunately i can't use the 'restore' to go back because there is no restore point to go back. can some one please tell me what could be the problem and how can i fix this? thanks.

i'm not sure what u are asking for. sorry. are u asking me to look at some thread named "can't login" or something like that? thanks. and if its to explain, what kind of problem i'm getting, then this is what that is: if i enter my name and password, i come back to the same screen as if nothing has happened. but if i do give a wrong password or nick, i see a message that say wrong password or nick. but when its right, the same page comes back without any change of any kind. thanks.

Try quitting all browser windows and try again.

Also make sure your cookie settings for your browser is not set too high or add banglacricket.com to your list fo trusted sites.

Agent smith your cookie is disabled. Please go to IE tools->Internet options. Then go to Privacy tab and select at least "Medium" or lower level of privacy.

sorry no luck yet. first of all, i did tried quiting all browsers. in fact, restarted my pc few times. second, yeah, i've my cookie setting "high" but its been like that for a long while and never had problem. i just had to add banglacricket.com into "always allow". thinks for the tips. anything else, please?

I ein no expert. But here's my suggestion asuming you didn't install or change new pop up blocker:

1. Clear cache, delete all cookies.
2. From IE Option | Privacy | Advance, check mark the followings: override automatic cookie handling, allow first party cookies and always allow sesson cookies.

Try using Mozilla or FireBird/fox browser. And see if that works.

You don't even have to install firebird/fox, just download and run it.

Just clean your cookie and make sure you add this site to safe list. If that doesnt solve it, try lowering the cookie security to medium.

As for not being able to access this site, you should contact your Internet Service Provider. There is nothing on our end to solve that.

thank u all. yah, rajputro vai, i know it has nothing to do with the site as i can login from anyother computer and was able to create this thread. but nasif vai's advice worked. its good now. i guess, this thread can be come to help for other people too, if we keep using it as login helps-tips-problems. it really helped me. and if we add all other known possible issues here, it will come handy to many others. once again, thanx.
