Default Better field 11 Batsmen

These are Test Matches. It hurts when the team combination is so so horribly wrong. You are playing so many batsmen with the team who are less than half the bowlers which might work in ODIs or T20s, not in Test Cricket. You are denying 100 years theory of playing Test Matches with a set of proper bowlers. This is ridiculous. Not saying inclusion of another pure bowler would turn the match on its head but at least you know that there is some proper plan going on. If you name so many batsmen in the team, you are losing the game before even it starts. The theory that playing so many batsmen will give a chance to draw is horribly wrong too.

We may have the nickname of tigers, but we are bunch of cowards. Selectors pick the team to draw. Groundsmen made a wicket so flat its pretty much impossible to bowl the opposition out.

I bet the management also asked the players to go slow in the 5th day of the 1st Test. Our defensive attitude spurred the Windies on. When you are David you cant afford to be predictable. Tamim should have attacked from ball one and put the Windies on the backfoot. If we lost playing shots and attacking, at least we could have said we gave a fight, not submit timidly. This is sth we have developed in the last few years, started under Siddons. We seem to be content to put up a good show instead of trying to win. I hope the next coach we get can get this tiger spirit back.

The main problem are the pitches otherwise we would not have to face such a daunting task. Apparently! their main goal is to take it to the 5th day and that's it! don't think they care whether they lose by another innings
